After years of training in Infertility with the Association of Reflexology, I wanted to expand my knowledge further and look at the reasons for both parties struggle to conceive, which led me to further in-depth Fertility Reproductive Reflexology training, studying with the amazing Barbra Scott, Author of Reflexology for Fertility, and founder of Seren Natural Fertility and of the ARR- Association of Reproductive Reflexology. which I am a Proud member of.
This training provided me with In-depth knowledge and understanding of fertility and reproductive health, your menstrual cycle, Charting and Ovulation and the problems and emotions both men and women struggle with when trying to conceive.
I then went on to further my studies
to become an Advanced Reproductive Reflexologist practitioner, where I looked and studied further into the male issues of infertility, it helped me to see many reasons that can impact infertility.

I support clients by using Reproductive Reflexology,
Using Reflexology I will be working on specific reflexes on the feet, that correlate to the body and reproduction, helping to Support Ovulation and any other female issues from other causes for infertility and supporting and working alongside your
rounds of IVF/ICSI, FET/IUI Treatments. used from your fertility clinic
and led by the in-depth information gathered from your initial first consultation and by my understanding of female and male infertility issues and its causes.

It's always as important to consider the Male part in this journey (unless going solo)
any male infertility issues you would of before coming for your reflexology treatments you would of had a semen analysis done prior to your reflexology session which is standard part of your fertility journey so the clinic or doctor can see what is happening to the quality and production of Sperm.
there are lots of causes and conditions that can cause poor sperm health, poor quality and quantity of sperm, Morphology and any Testosterone or PH issues.
we will look at diet and nutrition, lifestyle factors and stress.
Your doctor or fertility clinic are likely to look over your analysis.
I provide support by using reflexology again that correlate to the body to support male health issues, you may be going through,
and for male clients going through or living with Testicular Cancer. Reflexology is known to be used to work alongside your treatment.
