I am a Fully Trained Hypnobirthing teacher, Reflexologist and BWRT Practitioner and am here to support your Pregnancy and labour and to ease your mind when it comes to your birth.
My fun and relaxed 4-week classes will help make the birth of your baby as pleasurable as can be hoped, and will also support and empower your birth partners, which in turn will take some pressure off of you and your midwives.
Courses are available either,
